Passignano sul Trasimeno er en kommune i provinsen Perugia i den italienske region Umbrien, beliggende ca. 20 km nordvest for Perugia.
Passignano var hjemsted for en historisk italiensk flyfabrik, SAI Ambrosini, som nu er forladt som et industristed men stadig bruges som et foreningscenter. Dens bygninger eksisterer stadig nær togstationen Passignano sul Trasimeno.
