San Lanfranco er en romansk katolsk kirke og tidligere kloster, beliggende på via San Lanfranco Vescovo, 4/6, lige vest for byens centrum i Pavia, regionen Lombardia, Italien.
En paleokristen kirke på stedet, dedikeret til Den Hellige Grav var placeret nær dette sted, og den første dokumentation af et kloster her stammer fra 1090. Klosteret blev associeret med Vallumbrosanordenen og husede biskoppen Lanfranco Beccaria indtil hans død i 1198. Pave Alexander III ophøjede Lanfranco til helgen det følgende år. Denne kirke, som besad hans relikvier, blev genopbygget omkring denne tid, og blev konsekret i 1236, med klokketårnet dateret til 1237, og facaden til 1257. Det lille kloster blev designet i 1476 af arkitekten Giovanni Antonio Amadeo. Amadeo designede også og skulpturerede elementerne af Arca di San Lanfranco, som fungerer som begravelsesmonument og grav for helgenen.
