Mook en Middelaar udtale er en kommune i den yderste nordlige del af den hollandske provins Limburg. Kommunen har 7.984 indbyggere og har et areal på 18,82 km². Kommunen Mook en Middelaar var, indtil denne samarbejdsmodel blev ophævet af regeringen, en del af Stadsregio Arnhem Nijmegen. I vest grænser kommunen op til Noord-Brabant, i nord til Gelderland. Kommunen Mook en Middelaar kaldes broen mellem Maas og bakkerne. Turisme og recreation er vigtige søjler i kommunens politik.
