Annen er en landsby i den nordlige del af kommunen Aa en Hunze i den nederlandske provins Drenthe, halvvejs mellem landsbyerne Zuidlaren og Gieten, beliggende på Hondsrug. Landsbyen har 3.595 indbyggere. Indtil dannelsen af kommunen Aa en Hunze var det hovedby i den tidligere kommune Anloo. Midt i den gamle landsbykerne ligger en græsbane, hvilket er karakteristisk for landsbyer i området. Græsbane i Annen er den største græsbane i Europa. Hunebed D9 ligger i dag inden for landsbykernen. Landsbyen har et nationalt monument, et hunebed.
