Die 1558 m hohe Piller Höhe verbindet das obere Inntal mit dem Pitztal. Oben befindet sich ein Naturhaus und der Gacher Blick: eine Betonkonstruktion mit einem Überhang über dem Inntal, von dem man einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung hat.
Der Gipfel kann auf vier Wegen erreicht werden:
von Osten von Wenns, die am wenigsten steile Seite, zwei Möglichkeiten von Fließ, und schließlich von Prutz.
Die beiden Anstiege von Fließ sind die steilsten (bis zu 15% und der alte Westanstieg sogar bis zu 20%).
