Ein prächtiges Gebäude aus roten Ziegeln im äußersten Süden des Dorfes, am Rand des großen Landwirtschaftsgebiets zwischen Thorembais-les-Béguines und Perwez. Die Ferme de la Petite Cense wurde im 18. Jahrhundert von der Abtei Villers neu erbaut. Das können wir an dem Datum erkennen, das an der Scheune, dem Hauptgebäude und den Ställen angebracht ist. Dieser große, klassifizierte Vierkantshof, den man durch ein Portal mit einem Taubenturm betritt, ist heute nicht mehr aktiv. Die sehr schön renovierte Scheune wird manchmal als Empfangshalle genutzt, wie am 6. April 2006 anlässlich des Besuchs von König Albert II. und Königin Paola in Perwez.
