Nebentätigkeit fort. Der Name der Brauerei (und der Biere) stammt vom Wort „Wasser“, dem wichtigsten Inhaltsstoff der Biere, und bezieht sich auch auf den Namen der Straße, in der sich die Brauerei befindet.
