In Wurfeld bildet der Bosbeek die natürliche Grenze zwischen zwei kontrastreichen Landschaften. In der Tösch gibt es eine moorige Umgebung mit Feuchtwäldern, Tümpeln, Verlandungen und Gestrüpp. Auf der Nordseite des gewundenen Bosbeek liegt das Gebiet Langeren.
