Oedheim [ˈøːthaɪ̯m] ist eine Gemeinde im Landkreis Heilbronn in Baden-Württemberg . Sie gehört zur Region Heilbronn-Franken und zur Randzone der europäischen Metropolregion Stuttgart.
Oedheim liegt am Unterlauf des Kochers im Norden des Landkreises Heilbronn. Die Gemeinde hat Anteil an den Naturräumen Schwäbisch-Fränkische Waldberge und Hohenloher-Haller Ebene. Die Oedheimer Markung umfasst 1763 Hektar und erstreckt sich über Höhen zwischen 148,60 und 249,50 Metern über Meereshöhe. Die Ortsmitte liegt auf einer Höhe von 166 Metern. Der Großteil der Markungsfläche ist von Löss oder Lösslehm über Lettenkohle und Kalkböden bedeckt und eignet sich daher bestens für Landwirtschaft. Ackerland macht daher mehr als die Hälfte der Markungsfläche aus .
