Albsfelde ist eine Gemeinde im Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg in Schleswig-Holstein. Sie liegt drei Kilometer westlich von Ratzeburg am 80 Meter hohen Albsfelder Berg. Neben Albsfelde hat die Gemeinde keine weiteren Ortsteile.
Albsfelde ist ein Straßendorf am Rande eines Waldstücks. Ebenso wie das benachbarte Giesensdorf gehörte auch Albsfelde bis 1937 als Exklave zu Lübeck, ehe es mit dem Groß-Hamburg-Gesetz der damals preußischen Provinz Schleswig-Holstein zugeschlagen wurde. Das Gut Albsfelde blieb weiterhin in Lübeckischen Besitz: es war bis 1935 im unmittelbaren Besitz der Stadt Lübeck und ist seither durch Gütertausch Eigentum der Stiftung Heiligen-Geist-Hospital in Lübeck.
