Potzehne ist eine Ortschaft sowie ein Ortsteil der Hansestadt Gardelegen im Altmarkkreis Salzwedel in Sachsen-Anhalt.
Das altmärkische Potzehne, ein Straßendorf mit Kirche, liegt etwa acht Kilometer nordöstlich von Calvörde in der Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide sowie rund zwölf Kilometer südwestlich der Gardelegener Altstadt. Im Osten fließt der Brückengraben nach Süden. Im Westen der Bauerngraben Jeseritz. Im Süden liegt der etwa 62 Meter Rübenberg.
