Die Samtgemeinde Suderburg ist eine Samtgemeinde inmitten der Lüneburger Heide im Landkreis Uelzen, Niedersachsen. In ihr haben sich drei Gemeinden zur Erledigung ihrer Verwaltungsgeschäfte zusammengeschlossen. Der Verwaltungssitz der Samtgemeinde befindet sich in Suderburg.
Das Gebiet der Samtgemeinde Suderburg liegt im südwestlichen Teil des Landkreises Uelzen im Städtedreieck Hamburg – Hannover – Braunschweig. Die Gerdau und die Hardau durchfließen die Samtgemeinde. Tangiert wird das Gebiet von den Bundesstraßen 4, 191 und 71 sowie von der Bahnlinie Hannover–Hamburg.
