Herschfeld ist ein Ortsteil der Stadt Bad Neustadt an der Saale, der Kreisstadt des Landkreises Rhön-Grabfeld. Der Ort wurde am 1. Juli 1972 eingemeindet.
Die Kinder des Pfarrdorfs Herschfeld besuchen den katholischen Kindergarten Herschfeld. Zudem verfügt Herschfeld über die Verbandsschule Herschfeld, eine Grundschule. Herschfeld besitzt eine alte und eine neue Kirche, die beide dem Heiligen Nikolaus geweiht sind.
