Neuhof ist eine Gemeinde im osthessischen Landkreis Fulda und traditionell der zusammenfassende Name für die drei Dörfer bzw. heutigen Gemeindeteile Ellers, Neustadt und Opperz.
In der Kaligemeinde Neuhof befindet sich das Kaliwerk Neuhof-Ellers. Im südlichsten Werk der K+S AG werden hier jährlich vier Millionen Tonnen magnesium- und schwefelhaltige Kalisalze gefördert und an Kunden in ganz Europa beliefert. Mit ca. 750 Beschäftigten gehört es zum größten Arbeitgeber in der Region Fulda.
