Relleu ist eine Gemeinde in der Comarca Marina Baixa in der spanischen Region Valencia mit einer Fläche von 77 km². Relleu hat 1.258 Einwohner.
Relleu liegt in der Mitte eines Tales, umgeben von Bergen wie dem Cabeçó d'Or, der Serra de la Grana und der Serra de l'Aguilar. Der beste Zugang zu Relleu ist über die Straße von Villajoyosa nach Orxeta und Sella. Von Alicante hat man auch direkten Zugang über die AP-7 oder die N-332 und anschließend über die CV-775 von El Campello.
Relleu grenzt an die Gemeinden Aigües, Alicante, Busot, Jijona, Orxeta, Penàguila, Sella und Torremanzanas.
