Der Wanderweg zur Cova Tallada ( „Senda de la Cova Tallada“ ) ist etwa 1,5 Kilometer lang (einfache Strecke, insgesamt also ungefähr 3 Kilometer). Planen Sie je nach Tempo und Besucheraufkommen 45 bis 60 Minuten pro Strecke ein.
Der Weg führt durch den Naturpark Montgó und schlängelt sich an den steilen Kalksteinfelsen entlang. Er ist keinesfalls ein ebener Spazierweg oder eine Promenade. Man geht über Felsen, loses Geröll und teilweise steile Abschnitte. An manchen Stellen sind Metallseile oder -kabel an der Felswand befestigt, an denen man sich für zusätzliche Stabilität festhalten kann.
Kurz vor dem Höhleneingang steigt man über die Felsen zum Wasser hinab. Hier ist etwas Geschicklichkeit gefragt, doch belohnt wird man mit einem atemberaubenden Meerblick.
Der größte Teil des Weges ist der Sonne ausgesetzt.
