Fontenoy ist eine nordfranzösische Gemeinde mit 470 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France. Die Gemeinde gehört zum Arrondissement Soissons und zum Kanton Vic-sur-Aisne.Die Gemeinde Fontenoy liegt an der Aisne, etwa zwölf Kilometer nordwestlich von Soissons. Nachbargemeinden von Fontenoy sind Berny-Rivière im Westen, Nouvron-Vingré im Norden, Tartiers im Nordosten, Pernant im Südosten, Ambleny im Süden, Ressons-le-Long im Südwesten sowie die im Kanton Soissons-1 gelegenen Gemeinden Cuisy-en-Almont und Osly-Courtil im Osten.
