Das Ferienhaus liegt im Herzen des Périgord Blanc und ist ideal, um sich mit Freunden oder der Familie in Ruhe zu treffen. Es ist großzügig ausgestattet (Geschirr, Tische, Stühle, Betten usw.) und bietet Platz für 15 Personen, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Jeder wird sein Glück finden: der Pool, der sich hinter dem Haus befindet (mit Alarmanlage), die Tischtennisplatte, das Klettergerüst (alles in einem 1 Hektar großen Park mit Bäumen), Spaziergänge in der Nähe oder auch Besichtigungen dieser wunderbaren Region (15 Minuten von Périgueux entfernt). Es handelt sich um ein altes Haus im Perigord, dessen erste Gebäude aus dem Jahr 1673 stammen. Das Innere des Hauses ist mit alten, restaurierten Familienmöbeln eingerichtet, die Bettwäsche ist sehr neu.
