Dieser sensible Naturraum ist vor allem für seinen außergewöhnlichen Ausblick auf die Stadt Cahors und die Flussschleife des Lot bekannt.
Bei klarem Himmel kann man in der Ferne das Schloss von Mercuès sehen.
Vor Ort werden Picknicktische und -bänke im Freien oder unter Schutzdächern angeboten, außerdem gibt es Grillmöglichkeiten, einen Basketballplatz und ein Minifußballfeld.
Der Ort ist mit dem Auto oder zu Fuß über den GR ab der Brücke Louis Philippe oder der Brücke von Cabessut erreichbar.
Vor Ort befindet sich die Freizeitanlage "Lot of Sports" mit Snacks und Getränken.
