Das von Norman Foster entworfene Musikzentrum „The Sage“ ist ein auffälliges Gebäude aus gebogenem Glas und Edelstahl. Das Gebäude steht für den neuen Elan von Newcastle und ist berühmt für seine fantastische Akustik.
Das Theater befindet sich in einem einzigartigen Gebäude, das von den Einwohnern von Newcastle aufgrund seiner besonderen Form liebevoll „die Schnecke“ genannt wird, und bietet ein breites Spektrum an Unterhaltung auf Weltniveau. Im Inneren findest du einen wunderschönen Konzertsaal mit 1.700 Sitzplätzen.
