Die Medici-Kapellen in Florenz sind die Grabkapellen des Fürstengeschlechtes der Medici an der Kirche San Lorenzo. Es handelt sich dabei um die Neue Sakristei und die Fürstenkapelle . Sie sind nicht von der Kirche aus zugänglich, sondern nur durch einen separaten Eingang.
Der Medici-Papst Leo X. wollte seinen verstorbenen Verwandten ein Denkmal setzen, als er 1520 den Bau der Neuen Sakristei beauftragte. Sie gilt als eines der bedeutendsten Werke Michelangelos, der Skulptur und Architektur gestaltete.
