Die Kirche Sant'Agostino ist ein imposantes Gebäude aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Sant'Agostino ist nach der Collegiata die zweitgrößte Kirche in San Gimignano. Die Kirche weist sowohl Merkmale der romanischen als auch der gotischen Architektur auf. Das breite Kirchenschiff ist mit Holzbindern bedeckt und endet mit einer viereckigen Kapelle, die von zwei kleineren Kapellen flankiert wird, die ebenfalls einen viereckigen Grundriss haben.
Interessanterweise besteht der Boden aus originalen Majolika-Fliesen aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, einem Werk von Andrea della Robbia.
Neben der Kirche befindet sich das Augustinerkloster und ein Kloster aus dem 15. Jahrhundert.
