Kautenbach ist ein Ortsteil der Gemeinde Kiischpelt im Norden Luxemburgs. Im Jahr 2005 hatte das Dorf 120 Einwohner. Kautenbach war bis zum 1. Januar 2006 eine Gemeinde im Kanton Wiltz und fusionierte dann mit der Gemeinde Wilwerwiltz zur neuen Gemeinde Kiischpelt. Das Gesetz, das Kiischpelt schuf, wurde am 14. Juli 2005 verabschiedet. Bis zum 14. April 1914 hieß die Gemeinde zu Ehren ihres ehemaligen Verwaltungssitzes "Alscheid". In diesem Jahr zog der Verwaltungssitz nach Kautenbach.
