Am Lijnbaansgracht befand sich das Café Chantant 't Cloppertjen. Im Februar 1968 wurde das Folksongcafé "'t Cloppertjen" eröffnet. Wim Ibo war einer der ersten Gäste. Anne-Marie Brandt war die Initiatorin. Aber auch Wim De Craene trat hier auf. Im Alter von achtzehn Jahren zog Wim De Craene nach Amsterdam, um näher bei seinem Mentor Ramses Shaffy wohnen zu können. Shaffy ließ ihn im Café Chantant 't Cloppertjen auftreten und aus Dankbarkeit und Bewunderung nannte De Craene 1974 seinen eigenen Sohn Ramses.
