Der Chaamse Beek entspringt etwas südlich der Alten Bredaer Straße bei Houtgoor,[2] dann fließt der Bach unter der Straße und verläuft weiter in nordwestlicher Richtung, bleibt jedoch südlich von Ginderdoor. Der Chaamse Beek fließt weiter ins Chaamse Beekdal, am Ende des Beekdals fließt er durch die Chaamse Wälder. Der Bach durchquert das Naturschutzgebiet Chaamse Beken und verläuft entlang der Landsitze Hondsdonk und Valkenberg sowie zwischen Couwelaar und Geersbroek. Danach fließt der Wasserlauf unter der A58 und der Bach fließt durch Ulvenhout. Nachdem der Bach Ulvenhout verlassen hat, mündet er in die Mark im Markdal.
