Wenn Sie früh in Olhão sind und auf die Fähre warten müssen, die Sie zu einer der Inseln bringt, schauen Sie sich die Markthallen am Ufer an. Dort werden Sie definitiv einige Spezialitäten finden, die Sie mit nach Hause nehmen können. Die Waren sind jedoch nicht billig. Es ist definitiv kein Ort für Schnäppchen. Direkt vor diesen Markthallen führt die Straße, die sich in der Mitte von ihnen befindet, zum Stadtzentrum, das den Reichtum vergangener Tage zeigt. Persönlich halte ich Olhão für eine der interessantesten und authentischsten Städte in der Algarve. Man sollte es genießen! Wenn auch nur von einer der Terrassen der Markthallen. Es gibt eine lebhafte Atmosphäre an diesem Ort.
