Vitória Guimarães, offizieller Name „Vitória Sport Clube“, ist ein Sportverein in Guimarães. Der Verein ist bekannt für seine Fußballmannschaft, die in der Primeira Liga spielt. Der Verein wurde als Fußballverein 1918 von einer Gruppe Studenten gegründet, 1922 dann als offizieller Verein im Fußballverband Braga eingetragen. Das Stadion wurde nach dem ersten König von Portugal Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques genannt. Es bietet rund 30.000 Zuschauern Platz und war Austragungsort der Fußball-Europameisterschaft 2004. Gemäß den Vereinsfarben ist das Heimtrikot weiß und das Auswärtstrikot schwarz. Die heimischen Fans nennen die Mannschaft liebevoll nur „Vitória“.
Außer Fußball gibt es beim Vitória noch folgende Sportarten: Volleyball, Basketball, Schwimmen, Wasserball, Tischtennis, Futsal, Judo, Karate, Kickboxen und Leichtathletik.
