Der Art Loeb Trail ist ein 30,1 Meilen (48,4 km) langer Wanderweg, der im Pisgah National Forest im westlichen North Carolina liegt. Der nördliche Terminus befindet sich im Daniel Boone Boy Scout Camp im Haywood County, während sich der südliche Terminus des Trails in der Nähe des Davidson River Campgrounds, nahe Brevard, im Transylvania County befindet. Auf dem Weg überquert der Trail mehrere bedeutende Gipfel, einschließlich Black Balsam Knob (6.214 ft), Tennent Mountain (6.040 ft) und Pilot Mountain (5.095 ft). Der Trail führt außerdem an der Basis des Cold Mountain vorbei, der durch den Roman und den Film berühmt wurde.
