Der Chicago Lakefront Trail (abgekürzt als LFT) ist ein Geh- und Radweg, der sich 18 Meilen (29 km) entlang der Küste des Michigansees in Chicago, Illinois erstreckt. Der Weg verbindet verschiedene Strände und Freizeitmöglichkeiten entlang der Uferpromenade und dient auch als Route für radfahrende Pendler.
