We just added 2,848 routes to our account ' On the road in the Netherlands' account, based on the latest data from OpenStreetMap! These are all official, signposted routes across the Netherlands – from walking and cycling to mountain biking and running:
- 🚶♀️ Walking: 2,378 routes
- 🚵♀️ Mountain biking: 148 routes
- 🚴♀️ Recreational cycling: 37 routes
- Plus a few running and horse riding routes
Each route includes a short intro and helpful info about signage, color codes, references, and the managing organization – if that data is available in OpenStreetMap.

👉 Some regions may seem empty, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t great routes there! Over 250 OpenStreetMap routes weren’t added because they’re already available on RouteYou through our PRO and ENTERPRISE partners.
