You are located at the Place de Dolhain (Place Léon d'Andrimont). This square is particularly known for its war memorial designed by Charles Vivroux in 1920. This monument is characterized by a rooster on a German helmet, whose meaning is both Walloon and Francophile. The building was destroyed by the Germans during World War II. In 1946-1947, a wooden rooster was installed on the column as a replacement for the disappeared emblem. In 1957, a concrete rooster replaced the wooden rooster, and finally, in 1959, a bronze replica of the original rooster was inaugurated.
