We start in Menen along the Leie, which we leave at the height of Lauwe. We seek the 'false flat' over Rollegem, Bellegem, St Denijs and reach the Scheldt valley in Bossuit. We follow the Scheldt along Avelgem and leave it in Tiegem to seek the hills again. After that, we head towards Ingooigem Vichte. In the last 20 km, we search back for the 'flat'. In Stasegem, we ride down the sidewalk along the Kortrijk-Bossuit canal to then return along the Leie.
