The route explores the varied and hilly landscape in the southeastern part of West Flanders. The area forms the watershed between the Leie and Schelde basins. From wide hills, the rider enjoys beautiful panoramic views over the Leie-Schelde region. You ride along quiet country roads past majestic farms and lush fields. The rider's route then runs along the Bossuit-Kortrijk canal and subsequently follows the Trimardzate, the bed of the old railway line Avelgem-Herseaux.
