Casekow [ˈkaːzəˌkoː] is a municipality in the Uckermark district in Brandenburg. It is administered by the office of Gartz, located in the town of the same name.
The western border of the municipality is formed by the River Randow, and to the north, the area of the small town of Penkun borders Casekow. From the west, the terrain rises from the Randow marshland over a forested terminal moraine by about 40 m. Numerous small lakes and ponds lie in the depressions of the hilly area. The main town, Casekow, is located along the Landgraben, which initially flows northeast, bends southwest near Tantow, and empties into the West Oder in Gartz. The nearest larger German city is Schwedt/Oder, approximately 20 km away, and the nearest larger Polish city is Szczecin.
