The Hüffertgymnasium is a public secondary school in the East Westphalian town of Warburg in the Höxter district of North Rhine-Westphalia. The school building is located in the Hüffert area and was named after it.
The history of today's Hüffertgymnasium, a secondary school for boys and girls, began as a privately funded middle school for girls. In the mid-19th century, the people of Warburg sought to establish a secondary school for girls. Since the state did not provide any funds for this, a private foundation took over much of the financing. The school was administered by the Catholic women's order of the Poor School Sisters. Due to the lack of financial support from the state, the school had to be closed on October 15, 1881.
