The Villa Waldrich is a residential building built in 1879 in the neo-Renaissance style in the city of Siegen, Hohler Weg 1. Today, the rooms are rented out for various purposes.
The formerly so-called Klein'sche Villa was built in 1879 on the southwestern slope of the Siegen Giersberg by the family of the Siegerland entrepreneur Heinrich Klein, one of the co-founders of the Siegener Maschinenbau Aktiengesellschaft SIEMAG, as a family residence in the style of the Italian early Renaissance. As a three-storey building with an additional basement floor freestanding on the slope side, it was designed and executed by the master builder Wilhelm Bovensiepen in Kupferdreh.
