The District Court of Landsberg am Lech is one of 73 district courts in Bavaria and a court of ordinary jurisdiction. The main office is located at Lechstraße 7 in Landsberg am Lech.
A custody court or regional court was already mentioned in documents in 1270 and 1280 respectively. On the occasion of the introduction of the Court Organization Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Landsberg, whose jurisdiction corresponded to that of the previous regional court district of older order.
