At the end of Worldwar II, the Nazi's were hiding the gold on the Steinriegel, Klausenkopf and other mountains in the neighbourhood of this route. Only a part of the gold was found back. At least 25 boxes are still missing. This tour takes you around the area where the gold might still be located. It is frequently visited by treasure hunters...
