La iglesia de San Vicente es una iglesia en el centro de la ciudad belga de Eeklo. Es la iglesia parroquial de la parroquia de San Vicente. La iglesia actual data del siglo XIX y ha tenido varios predecesores, que a lo largo del tiempo han sido destruidos o demolidos.
Ya en el siglo IX se mencionaba una 'casa de oración' en 'Eclo', pero no oímos hablar de una verdadera iglesia parroquial hasta que Eeklo recibió su carta de ciudad en 1240. El documento más antiguo relacionado con la iglesia es una carta de 1379 del entonces conde de Flandes, Luis de Male, a su señor feudal, el rey francés. Escribe sobre una iglesia muy hermosa con un alto campanario. En el archivo municipal encontramos por primera vez datos sobre la iglesia parroquial en el siglo XV.
