Esta estación Klein-Sinaai es una antigua estación de ferrocarril a lo largo de la línea 77 (Zelzate-Sint-Gillis-Waas) en el municipio de Stekene. La apertura de la línea fue el 20 de octubre de 1873 y se cerró el 1 de septiembre de 1952. El edificio de la estación aún existe, solo que las vías han sido eliminadas y ahora hay un carril bici. El edificio de la estación se utiliza actualmente por una asociación local de scouts,
En 1974, el trayecto Kemzeke-Moerbeke fue desmontado y poco después se convirtió en un sendero peatonal y ciclista asfaltado, un temprano ejemplo de uso recreativo de la bicicleta, ya que en torno a 1980 esto era aún relativamente raro.
