La VR-Bank Spangenberg-Morschen eG es un banco cooperativo con sede en Spangenberg, al norte de Hesse. Su área de negocio incluye la ciudad de Spangenberg así como el municipio de Morschen.
El origen del banco actual se encuentra en el distrito de Pfieffe de Spangenberg. Allí se fundó el 16 de febrero de 1889 la caja de ahorro y préstamo para el tráfico cooperativo de dinero y mercancías. En 1912, esta se unió a la caja Raiffeisen de Nausis. En 1973, a través de la fusión con la Raiffeisenbank Mörshausen, se fundó la Raiffeisenbank Spangenberg eG. Finalmente, la fusión con la Raiffeisenbank Morschen eG dio lugar a la creación del banco actual en 1991.
