Catoira es un municipio español perteneciente a la provincia de Pontevedra, en la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. Situado en la comarca de Caldas, limita con los municipios de Valga, Caldas de Reyes, Villagarcía de Arosa y con el río Ulla.Las fiestas más importantes son: Romería Vikinga de Catoira, que se celebra el primer domingo de agosto; declarada de interés turístico internacional.
