Caminando por tierras de El Cid.
Arenisca, arcilla y calizas componen las rústicas laderas del amplio valle del Jiloca que albergan una biodiversidad propia del hábitat estepario. Es por esto que, si el viajero presta atención, podrá encontrar entre los espartales, ejemplares de alcaravanes, alondras y sisones. Es esta etapa una gran aventura para el que decida recorrerla que además cuenta con un broche final espectacular: la llegada a la ciudad de Teruel, donde deleitarse con su conjunto mudéjar declarado por la UNESCO Patrimonio de la Humanidad.
