Sigyn, construida en Gotemburgo en 1887, actualmente un barco museo en Turku, es el último barco de madera restante utilizado para el comercio a través de los océanos. En el momento en que fue construida, había miles de embarcaciones similares, pero ella fue una de las últimas en construirse. Era bastante pequeña incluso para su época, considerando que fue construida para el comercio de larga distancia, pero bien construida y considerada rápida y hermosa.
