Este sensible espacio natural es conocido sobre todo por la excepcional vista que ofrece de la ciudad de Cahors y del meandro del Lot.
Cuando el cielo está despejado, se divisa a lo lejos el castillo de Mercuès.
En el lugar, hay mesas y bancos de picnic al aire libre o a cubierto, así como una barbacoa, una cancha de baloncesto y un campo de minifútbol.
Se puede acceder al lugar en coche o a pie siguiendo el GR desde el puente Louis Philippe o el puente Cabessut.
El centro de ocio "Lot of Sports" dispone de un bar y cafetería.
