La torre de Palazzo Pellari es una de las catorce torres principales de San Gimignano y está ubicada en Piazza Pecori.
Se desconoce la fecha exacta de construcción de la torre, pero un documento la sitúa antes de 1237. La torre tiene forma de paralelepípedo simple con cubierta piramidal; no tiene ventanas a la plaza y está cubierto por el filareto.
El Palacio Pellari se distingue por su fachada de ladrillo con decoración de corredor. En la planta baja, en cambio, tiene un revestimiento de piedra, cortado en sillares bien perfilados, sobre el que se abren dos portales de arcos rebajados.
