El ayuntamiento de Venlo es un ayuntamiento independiente de estilo renacentista. Se encuentra en la plaza central, el Markt (anteriormente conocido como Het Cruys), en la intersección de Steenstraat/Gasthuisstraat/Parade con Lomstraat/Vleesstraat en la ciudad holandesa de Venlo, en el municipio del mismo nombre. El primer ayuntamiento de Venlo fue propiedad de Gerard van Bocholt en la primera mitad del siglo XIV, quien cedió el edificio al gobierno de la ciudad después de que Venlo recibió derechos de ciudad en 1343. Al principio, el gobierno municipal se reunía en las casas de los concejales.
