El monumento fuente es una obra de arte metálica flotante en el Heiligenbergerbeek con dos planos de calles verticales del barrio. Se mueve tranquila y juguetonamente en el agua del arroyo que fluye, el viento y el agua de la fuente. Entre dos cuencos hay un tubo vertical del cual brota el agua de la fuente.
Una vez que los cuencos están llenos de agua, se vacían automáticamente al inclinarse y vuelven a moverse vacíos para luego llenarse de nuevo. Por lo tanto, somos saludados eternamente por ambas vecindades con agua de fuente fluyendo. La obra de arte flota sobre cuatro pontones sumergidos y gira alrededor del tubo vertical.
