Solo por eso, Limburgs Mooiste incluye esta pendiente de vez en cuando en su programa, ya que la carretera es transitada y ruralmente poco atractiva, y por lo tanto no se adapta bien a la atmósfera que Limburgs Mooiste ofrece a sus participantes. En 2023, la pendiente está en el recorrido del Red Loop. La Cauberg tiene 850 metros de longitud con un porcentaje de subida del 7,5% de media y un máximo del 11,8%.
