Schoonbron es una aldea en el sur de la provincia neerlandesa de Limburgo. La aldea está situada en el Heuvelland, junto al Geul y en el camino entre Schin op Geul y Wijlre. Mapas antiguos mencionan el lugar como Schonboren y Schoonborn. El nombre probablemente deriva de la fuente pura que se originó aquí. Esta fuente fluye hacia el Geul.
